Over the past six months I have heard from residents around the city and property owners in the Dell Avenue area. The first order of business after the election is scrap the D.A.A.P. The second order of business is to drop the height limit in the C-2 zone. It currently stands at 75'.
I'm rolling up my sleeves and I'm ready to work for you.
Any changes in our city must be a "Team Effort."
Campbell Residents have spoken loud and clear that the "Small Town Charm" must be protected. This can be accomplished by restricted zoning and an ordinance prohibiting the creation of Flag Lots. I'm committed to bringing growth under control and have a voting record that reflects that commitment.
The State and the Counties must step up. The Hospitals for those with Mental Illness must reopen and Counties must provide more Drug and Alcohol Rehab Programs. This issue in not only morally wrong, but it's costing taxpayers millions.
Having walked and talked with residents in every corner of our city I have heard, crime is a concern. Whether it's speeding cars or home burglaries, the Campbell police department must keep pace with the growth of our city. I will work to add Police Officers to our Department.
The residents of Campbell suffer daily from "Pass Through Traffic" caused by our neighboring communities. A long overdue traffic circulation study is needed and I will commit to seeing it completed by the end of my first term.
Keep Campbell the city we love
